Using TMAs improves the coverage area of the base station, creates better indoor coverage and improves the life time of the battery of the mobile radio.

First U.S. Tower Top Amplifier Installation
Combilent announces the first U.S. installation of their Tower Top Amplifier System. The system includes a fixed gain amplifier, current injector and Receiver Multi â Coupler, (RMC). The TTA form factor is extremely compact, weighing just 8 lbs and includes a robust integrated surge protection circuit tested to the most stringent industry standards. The RMC includes the power supply and alarm interface to the base station and signaling interface to the TTA. The system is available in both 800MHz and 900MHz and can be customized to your specific system requirements.
